Holkham view is the last house in the village of North Creake on the way to Burnham Market. It is situated in a private location with no neighbours on one side and situated in its own large garden. We have provided loungers and plenty of outside furniture. There are lots of outside toys and games. There are extensive views across rolling farmland.
Turning into the drive there is a large front lawn on the left hand side and ample parking space for several cars.On entering the property there is a spacious entrance hall leading to all the rooms: Sun Room with French doors to back garden. Kitchen /dining/sitting room with wood-burning stove.Two double bedrooms both with 5ft beds and a Twin beddded room. Wet room with power shower. Separate W.C room. Separate utility room and second W.C. Although not specifically adapted for wheel chair use, we have many wheelchair user visitors.

The East Anglia / Norfolk region
With rolling hills and mile upon mile of unspolit sandy beaches North Norfolk is a great escape from the hussle and bustle of modern day living.
The Norfolk Broads - a web of inland waterways - are very popular for boating holidays. Cromer on the Heritage North Coast is great for bird watching. There are some delightful castles and stately homes in the area as well as the thriving town of Norwich.
Burnham Market area
North Creake is situated just over two miles outside Burnham Market. In North Creake there is the local pub called the Jolly Farmers and a small Post Office providing some essentials.
On the way to Burnham Market is the historic Creake Abbey and the the village of Burnham Thorpe where Lord Nelson was born. Burnham Market has some good restaurants (Hoste Arms and Fishes). The Seaside town of Wells-Next -The-Sea is under 6 miles away with a great beach and a unspolit fishing village feel. A boat trip rom Morston to see the seal colony at Blakeney point is a must.
