Fully centrally heated, insulated and double glazed to current residential standards - making the apartment ideal for holidays all year-round.
Unlimited use of the swimming pool & spa is included in the price of your accommodation and wireless broadband is available if required. Other features include a popular family-friendly pub, large well-stocked shop and day cruiser, canoe and bicycle hire. Linen, duvets and towels are included. Regrettably, pets are not permitted in any of our holiday homes. Smoking is not permitted in the property.

How to get there
We are located in a rural location by the river, about 20 minutes drive from Norwich. A car is recommend to get the most from your holiday at Waveney River Centre.
From Norwich, take the A146 south towards Beccles and Lowestoft, taking a left turn at Hales petrol station and carrying on until you reach the A143 at Haddiscoe, turning left towards Great Yarmouth.
From Great Yarmouth or Bury St Edmunds, follow the A143 to Haddiscoe and turn at the village hall into Wiggs Road, signposted Waveney River Centre (left when travelling from the east and right when travelling from the west). Continue to follow the brown signs turning left into Burgh Road after 2 miles and proceed for another 2.5 miles until you arrive at the Centre.
Please note that the route is narrow and passes through a small village so please drive carefully having regard for our neighbours.
