This Caravan is situated on the lovely site of Breydon Water which is on the edge of the Norfolk Broads and short distance to Great Yarmouth where you can relax on the beach.passes are free in sept and October.
This Caravan has a double and one twin room and a third bedroom with one single bed in.
Breydon Water is a lush and very friendly site.The caravan can be used for a base but the season for all entertainment and pools are open from march 14th-November 1st.
There are two sites under Breydon Water each within 10 mins from each other both near to the Norfolk Broads
Great entertainment, brilliant kids club, bar and restaurant, heated outdoor pool and also a children's splash pool. all weather multi sports court and a adventure playground with a soft play area.
Also ideal if you just want to get away from it all and have a relaxing break.
It's essentially two parks in one: the first is Yare Village, perfect for those looking for an active, family-oriented vibe, with its toasty outdoor pool, crazy golf, and a buzzing schedule of sports, kids' activities and evening entertainment; or, just ten minutes' walk away, you'll find the more sedate Bure Village, where there's an indoor pool, solarium and gym. Wherever you choose to lay your head, you get to enjoy all the action at both Breydon Water locations.

Elizabeth House Museum – experience the lives of families who lived in this splendid Quayside house. Karting 2000 - Race the family on this 300m indoor kart track. Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens – A special collection of rare animals from Asia, including huge crocodiles. Pettitts Animal Adventure Park - live shows and fun rides for young kids plus animals to pet and feed. Merrivale Model Village - A miniature village is built to 1:12 scale. The gardens are illuminated after dark between July and September. Great Yarmouth Shopping – Fantastic markets, high street names and traditional seaside shops. Boat trips on the Broads – Starting from many locations including Wroxham and Potter Heigham. Burgh Castle – A Roman Saxon Shore fort built in the third century just hundreds of metres from the park.
