This spacious two-storey detached Villa features a large living room (30m2) with double patio doors opening south and west onto a screened terrace area and heated pool. The stairway is at the centre of the house, with the kitchen and dining area to one side and a guest cloakroom and twin bedroom to the other side. Also found on the ground floor is the master bedroom with ample wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom.

At the top of the stairway is a north east facing covered terrace, accessed from the landing. Two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and one with a family shower room adjacent, are found on the upper level and patio doors lead from both rooms to a large south-west facing private roof terrace (30m2).

The villa is set in the award-winning, landscaped village of AlmaVerde - a collection of privately owned, traditionally built property in the rural surrounds of the protected Costa Vincentina National Park. All guests have access to tennis courts and a children's playground which are both within walking distance of each villa. Guests also have access to a Day Spa, offering a range of beauty treatments and therapies, located in one of the villas near the playground.

Burgau
