This elegant, detached villa is set in mature Mediterranean gardens, with its own heated pool. A circular entrance hall with domed ceiling lets in the natural sunlight and leads to an attractive, partly double-height, open-plan living area. This is a great design for families, as the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas are all on one level. Timber stairs lead up to a small gallery and out to a large roof terrace for private sun bathing or star gazing. Two of the three bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, with the added availability of a shared bathroom. Double doors lead from the living area, the master and second bedrooms on to the terracotta pool terrace.
This pool terrace and garden has been fully fenced in and has the option of a removable safety net around the pool - an excellent child friendly option. The owners have also added an extra, decked seating area which serves as an excellent relaxing area and is quite unique to this type of property.
The villa is set in the award-winning, landscaped village of AlmaVerde - a collection of privately owned, traditionally built property in the rural surrounds of the protected Costa Vincentina National Park. All guests have access to tennis courts and a children's playground which are both within walking distance of each villa. Guests also have access to a Day Spa, offering a range of beauty treatments and therapies, located in one of the villas near the playground.

"Perfect villa for family fun!"

"Excellent standard villa in a perfect location which the whole family loved"
146 Alma Verde is a great villa for a family with young children like ours. The safety net around the pool was terrific to have. Our 4 year old came on greatly in the pool and he and the toddler loved the playground. A car is essential for getting to beaches, restaurants, shops etc. but driving was very easy. The facilities and cleanliness of the villa could not be faulted with very regular cleaning, gardening and pool services provided during our stay.

"Superb villa with all the equipment you could ever need."
We had a wonderful 2 week stay with our daughter, son-in-law and 7 month old grandson. The villa was cleaned regularly and contained everything we needed during our stay. The location was very peaceful. We were even adopted by a couple of cats during our stay and when we mentioned to one of the staff, Corola, that one appeared quite poorly, she immediately took him to the vet who sorted him out - very nice personal touch. We would most certainly go back. We were very lucky with the weather and visited some outstanding beaches in the area.
