Home description
MAS ST CHARLES really is one of our best finds yet in this beautiful part of Provence. The house faces south across a vast and spectacular private valley, planted with truffle oaks and lavender, just two minutes from the village of Buoux in the Luberon National Park.
Nestled on several hectares of land with lavender fields, truffle oaks and natural bush land, Mas St Charles is close to what one imagines in the picture books of Provence.
It is a delightful stone house with sage green shutters and picture windows and doors framing beautiful views. Inside the house are thick stone walls, tiled floors and exposed beams of traditional Provencal architecture. Because of its position, light floods the house from dawn to sunset. There is also a pretty pool set away from the house. All this in a closed garden and amidst truffle oaks of 4 acres.
