Old traditional and unique 300 year old finca with two fully renovated and private country houses with separate entrance and huge private terraces with sun lounge area and outside tables and barbecue. Really quiet oasis at only 15 minutes from Palma, the finca is in the middle of a huge plot of land. View on almond trees and garden. Really large pool (11x11 metres).

Impressive finca with real caracter ,Between Palma and Bunyola, really easy access to and from Palma or the airport excellent location for tranquility in the Summer avoiding Mass turismus and Winter, due to such a close distance to the city and all its entertainment and cultural offer.

Owner is an artist so each corner and detail is decorated in a very stylish and creative manner to make your holiday really unforgettable. All furniture is antique and everything in the house hand made. Paintings are all originals. Only two country houses, each one completely private with separate entrances and enclosed huge terraces.

Master bedroom with double bed valuable hand painted antique pieces of furniture. Other bedroom with twin beds, hand painted doors, decorated in ethnic style. Both have large wardrobe space. Interior decoration with antiques original paintings and hand made tiles, coloured walls ... and all possible détails for making it an out of the ordinary experience

Huge terraces and garden, totally private, with own entrance and enclosed in greenery. Private sun bathing area, covered porche with dining table. Further dining table in the open area. Pool is shatred by the two cottages (max. 8 pers). Views on a field of almond trees with Bunyola´s mountains at the bottom. The finca own a very large plot of land, so no other neighbours can be seen.
