Home description
The property is situated on the outskirts of a small village, surrounded by mountain views and countryside. It is ideal for anyone wishing to enjoy either a relaxed holiday lazing by the pool or an active holiday participating in an array of sporting activities which are a short car journey away.
The house compromises 4 double bedrooms, 1 downstairs, 3 upstairs. 4 bathrooms, 2 en -suite. There is a large living area with dining table, satelite.T.V., DVD and video, complete with film selection.
Enjoy alfresco dining by the pool on those balmy evenings.
The north is where we moor our 340 Searay Mercruiser, in Puerto Pollensa. This is available for daily hire with your own personal skipper and staff.

Bunyola area
From Bunyola, it is perfect for mountain biking, walking, horse riding and ofc ourse cycling for which the island is famous for training the world's best teams.
The Palma aquarium is 20 mins drive, showing a beautiful array of fish and marine life from around the globe.
Festival park with its 20cinema screens, bar shops and games area is just a 5 min drive and not to be missed.
The city of Palma is 10km away, boasting night life, the most wonderful history of Mallorca, including its 15th century Gothic Cathedral, the amazing Paseo Maritimo with its sea front cafes and restaurants.
How to get there
Most airlines fly to Mallorca, Easyjet is a favourite, along with ryan air and Bmi baby. These airlines also supply cars at very reasonable rates. Ferries sail regularly to and from Palma and Alcudia in the north from Barcelona and Menorca.

Further details outdoors: The pool is 1.5 metres deep, ideal for a dip on those hot summer days. We also have a bbq built in with alfresco dining for the convenience of a summer's evening.
