The Barn is an attractive barn conversion on the owners' land, in a rural location six miles from Builth Wells. The cottage sleeps six people and has a double with en-suite upstairs, and a further double, adult bunks and bathroom on the ground floor. The ground floor also offers a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room, while upstairs is a mezzanine with a low double divan bed, and a reading room leading to a balcony with steps down to the garden. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a dedicated garden area with stream, pond and furniture. The Barn has walks from the door, and is a wonderful base for the Mid Wales countryside.

Thearea has many walking and cycling routes, and is also good for pony trekking, or a short drive further afield brings you to the Brecon Beacons National Park and the wonderful Black Mountains.
