This brand new charming 1-bedroom apartment is located just 140 mt from the promenade (seafront) of Bugibba in St Paul's Bay, in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 1 and 2-bedroom flats).

This 57 sqm apartment is composed of 1 bedroom (3 single beds), sleeping area with 2 single beds, one bathroom with shower, kitchen dining and living area with double sofa bed and an extra bed. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge.

The apartment block has a lift to all floors and just 3 steps at the ground floor.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:

0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week

100 KWh per apartment per week

1 gas bottle per apartment per week

These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.

The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.

Thank you for your review! Indeed the property is well located. We build the apartments specifically for holiday accommodation and location is the first and most important aspect we look for. My wife Ruth, our employees and myself make sure we deliver clean, comfortable and well equipped apartments. We have our maintenance staff, cleaning staff and office staff to make sure guests are well cared for. We are available during all the day by phone, email, Facebook, whats app and Skype. For safety and peace of mind we are also reachable by phone 24/7. We look forward to have you again as our guests!

Indeed the apartment is well located and close to grocery shops, bus stops, Jetty (for the best day cruises to the Blue Lagoon, Comino and Gozo), bus stops, Casino, Lidos, etc. My family and our staff make sure the apartments are well kept, super clean and always kept well equipped. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
