Villa Siquier is a beautiful, spacious three storey house with fabulous views to the town of Campanet and the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. The house is within walking distance to the centre of the village of Búger.
There is a lovely, traditional, yet stylish feel to this house, which is testament to the fact that the owners have lived until recently in this house and have left their mark upon it.
There is parking space within the gates of the house and steps lead up to a very large front patio terrace with pergola and outside furniture. From this level, entrance to the first floor of the house is gained. At this first floor level there is a large old style kitchen with dishwasher and gas hob, seating for breakfast, and a large walk in larder with fridge/freezer. From here there is access to a conservatory terrace for dining in cooler times with excellent views over the garden and beyond. Next to this is the main dining room, also with access to the terrace as does the large double bedroom adjacent. On the other side of the corridor there are a further two twin bedroom and a large shower room with walk in shower. All bedrooms and the lounge area have large ceiling fans for the warmer months.
The second floor has a large studio area with access to a higher terrace with superb views.
Down the stairs to the ground floor level there are a further two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large full en suite bathroom and also a walk in wardrobe. Another full bathroom and a double bedroom are adjacent, and there is also a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The main spacious and stylish lounge area is to be found at the ground floor, with a huge L shaped cushioned seating arrangement, TV, music centre, games cupboard and access to the garden and pool.
The garden is beautifully appointed and colourful, and there is a lovely outside catering kitchen facility, with oven, barbecue area, microwave, fridge and all necessary cutlery, etc. which means that a family can prepare everything outside if they wish and dine al fresco in very pleasurable surroundings. The swimming pool is very sizeable measuring 12 metres by 6 metres.
This house offers comfortable and spacious accommodation in a superb tranquil setting, perfect for larger families or two families to enjoy a wonderful Mediterranean experience. There is an old style barbecue grill inside the kitchen which cannot be used. The one outside is for clients use.

The capital itself is home to a surprising array of culture that often takes people by surprise. By renting a Mallorca holiday apartment in the city centre or surrounding suburbs, you will be able to get a real feel for the city, with Roman remains and 19thcentury buildings dotted around. A day trip to Palma is definitely recommended even if you are staying on the other side of the island, you can immerse your self in the culture of the city whilst savouring the mediterranean food in the sunshine. -. As with any major town, this is typically where people head to for some of the best restaurants and bars that can be found on the island.
Mallorca North and North East, here you will find the popular resorts of Cala san Vicente and Pollensa where there are many sightseeing attractions, the old town of Pollensa is charming with gothic churches and cafe bars to sit while reading the morning papers. Then take a 5 minute taxi down to the wonderful bay of Pollensa where the kids can be entertained all day with the various watersports that are available, if you would rather keep your feet on the ground then Pollens golf is also nearby.

Housekeeping : A cleaning service is included in the price to prepare and change the sheets once a week and change towels twice a week. Please note that no beach / pool towels are provided and you should provide your own. We ask clients not to use the towels provided in the property to go to the beach, nor use them near the pool.
