Home description

This beautifully renovated original stone town house has retained all of the period features it was built with like wooden windows & shutters, beamed cielings & original stone walls 30 cms thick in places. It is nestled in amongst the old village houses of Buger. Restaurants & shops are a few minutes walk away.

The House itself comprises:

Ground floor

• Large original stone living room with leather suite & woodburning stove . All UK freeview satellite channels available on TV, DVD, CD player. A selection of DVDs, CDs, and other amusements are at the house for your enjoyment.

• Dining room with beautiful solid oak table and oak dining chairs seating eight people in comfort.

• Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room including gas hob & electric oven, large fridge freezer and all usual small appliances and utensils and ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. Double doors lead onto the private walled garden & covered terrace, where there is a large traditional solid wood table with seating for eight.

• Separate bathroom with hand basin, toilet, towel heater & shower.

First floor

• Bedroom with king sized bed and built in wardrobes, drawers, etc. Spectacular views to the countryside.

• Separate bathroom with stand alone bathroom & shower.

• Central heating is installed throughout the Villa for the cooler times of the year (additional charge if required).

• Master double bedroom, with king sized bed, built-in double wardrobe, ample drawer space and with double doors leading out to its own private balcony. Spectacular views to the countryside.

Buger area

Buger is set on top of a small hill topped by the local church & it's village of typical Mallorquin properties, shops & restaurants sprawled out beneath it. Can Picafort beach is only a 10 minute drive. Inca, Alcudia & Pollensa are the nearest large towns to explore, only 10-15 minutes drive away. Mallorca only takes 1 1/2 hours to drive from East to West or North to South, so you are never very far from any beach you feel like, or try a different one every day.

How to get there

Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca from most UK & European airports. The flight to Mallorca from the UK is usually around 2 hours to Palma (PMI). We can arrange Taxi’s, car hire or Airport transfers for you straight to your holiday destination, please ask when inquiring.
