This typical village house of modernist style is 240 m2. On the ground floor there is a big hall, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and pantry, 2 living rooms, 1 shower room and a laundry area. On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a big bathroom and a big terrace overlooking the mountains. On the second floor there ara 2 suites, with their private bathroom, and a terrace.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Búger is located in the north of mallorca. An ideal departure point due to its privileged geographical situation on a hill next to the tramuntana mountain range and the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa. Mallorca has a fantastic climate with hot summers and mild winters, the sea is warm enough to swim in all year round.


Buger area

Búger is a picturesque and quiet village located in the smallest municipality of the island. The rural character is preserved both in the village and its beautiful surroundings. The fantastic windmills are one of the outstanding elements. In the area one can practice all kind of activities and cover itineraies of high cultural value.
