Contemporary, romantic, secluded, peaceful and stylish cassita on lovely finca stocked with almond, lemon, olive trees and with panoramic views. Orange trees outside the kitchen. There is a large quiet (not overlooked by neighbours) swimming pool. Cactus garden and lots of palm trees. The Studio has 2 fabulous bathrooms, comfortable and stylish furniture throughout. The main bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the Tramuntana mountains, and the sea in the distance. The large sitting room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed, single sofa bed, stereo, storage and its own shower room. Kitchen has a dishwasher, George Foreman grill and large fridge.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Typically known for its sun sea and sand, Mallorca is a unique island with much more to offer. With many beautiful beaches, picture-perfect scenery and delightful old towns and villages it is a number one holiday destination for all kind of holiday makers.
Situated in the North of Mallorca, Buger is a traditional rural village nestled between the rolling hills of the Tramuntara mountain range perfect for walks and bike rides. Far away from the city this is also an ideal location to enjoy some relaxation time.

Authentic rural Mallorca countryside: good walks in every direction, 5 mins walk into the village, 20 mins drive to northern coast (Puerto Pollenca, etc.), 15 mins to Pollenca Golf Club, 20 mins to Alcanada Golf Club - 30 mins to the historic city of Palma. Buger has a fantastic bakery, a local restaurant bar serving authentic Mallorquin food, a chemist and small grocery shop where fresh eggs are sold in a paper bag! Its off the beaten track, but really close to everywhere and there are a couple of small supermarkets in the next village of Campanet. However its only 10 mins to Inca with all its shopping.

Only 30 minutes north of Palma Airport on the new motorway and less than 5 mins from Buger/Campanet exit.

The living room has a very comfortable queen-sized sofa bed plus a single sofa bed and an additional shower room / toilet whilst upstairs is a double bedroom with private bathroom and terrace.

The pool is quite deep and as there are many steps around the property we feel Villa Sarita is not really suitable for children under 7.
It is ideal for one or two couples but not more than 5 people.
