A large and bright open plan living room leading to a private patio surrounded by well tended gardens. The communal pool is huge. Easy access and parking right outside the front of the house. The mezzanine bedroom is large,airy and comfortable. Plenty of big easy chairs in the sitting room to relax inside.

The Kyrenia District
North Cyprus is home to the harbour city of Kyrenia and some of the most amazing sites in Cyprus. Filled with historical buildings, superb scenery, spectacular natural unspoilt sandy beaches, and much more, Kyrenia makes the perfect destination for any holiday.
Northern Cyprus is wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Sunshine, swimming, culture, good food and wine. Restaurants galore where almost everyone speaks good English! The list of castles and historic sites is endless.
The historic and wonderfully picturesque Kyrenia harbour to the golden beaches of the Karpas peninsular. Roman Salamis and ancient Famagusta city. The area is also wonderful for artists.
Bufavento area
Bufavento is in a quiet rural setting. Ideal for a getaway holiday. Conveniently located about 10 minutes drive from Kyrenia and the new championship golf course. A good base for fishing, horse riding, sailing, diving and para gliding, going to the beach or just sitting by the pool!
Buffavento was constructed on the Kyrenia Range as a line of defence against the Arab attacks - the other two being St. Hilarion Castle, and Kantara Castle. It is the least well preserved and sited on a hill top 940m above sea level.
The closest village is Catalkoy and you will certainly feel as though you have stepped back in time and have found a perfect Mediterranean village.It has a quaint and pretty village square, whitewashed buildings, local convenience shops, restaurants and coffee bars.
Catalkoy is one of the very popular places for visitors from the UK. A beautiful traditional Cypriot village with wonderful Mediterranean and mountain views.

Long term lets are welcome and this house would make a lovely retreat for a long escape at any time of the year.

The patio at the rear of the house is, however, private and sheltered from view of people in the pool by the lovely gardens.
Parking is directly outside the house. No long trek with your cases or shopping! Fantastic open views.
