This beautiful apartment occupies the entire first floor of an elegant French-style embassy building from the 1920’s and is just steps from the Alvear Palace Hotel, the Park Hyatt Hotel as well as the city’s best restaurants, boutiques and cinemas, including the exclusive Patio Bullrich Shopping Centre.

Owned by a Milan-based Interior Designer of five-star luxury hotels throughout Europe, no cost has been spared on the classic modern furniture and accessories, which provide a pleasing contrast to the historic detailing throughout this fully-renovated and air-conditioned apartment.

The Living and Dining Room features vintage French movie posters and contemporary artwork by leading Argentine artists. The L-shaped Italian sofa provides a comfortable place to lounge and watch movies on the LCD flat screen TV with surround sound home theater which can be programmed to play music throughout the apartment.

The Master Bedroom Suite was created from what were originally two bedrooms and features a California
King-Size bed with the Westin Heavenly Bed mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets. French doors overlooking flowering planters and out to the Avenida del Libertador have been fitted with soundproof double-glazing and motorized shutters.

The Second Bedroom has a queen-size Westin Heavenly Bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, soundproof French
doors.

Completely renovated bathroom with large shower, second Powder Room with sink and vanity and oversized eat in kitchen.

Conditions

Reservations are taken with a 20 % deposit.

Payment can be made through cheques, bank transfer or Paypal ( with a 4 % of commission ) depending on the chosen apartment.

The Central Argentina / Buenos Aires Province region

Buenos Aires is the most European of all Latin American cities. With its wide boulevards, leafy parks, grand buildings and varied culture and nightlife, the city is reminiscent of Paris or Barcelona.

The porteños ('people of the port'), as the residents of Buenos Aires are called, are more European too - descended from the first Spanish founders and Italian immigrants from the 19th century. Their culture and cuisine still flavors the city and can be enjoyed in countless art galleries, theatres and museums, as well as fine restaurants.

But the city has also spawned its own art forms, notably the tango, for which Buenos Aires is famous.

The Buenos Aires / Recoleta area

Recoleta is a trully european and luxurious neighborhood that is packed with elegant restaurants, outdoor cafes, bars, and a cinema complex that is the biggest and best in Argentina.

In the 1870's, a yellow-fever epidemic sent many of the cities elite from their comfortable lodgings of San Telmo to this neighborhood. As a result, Recoleta prospered. The fabulous Avenida Alvear is a great example of the wealth and style of the upper classes in Argentina.

Cemetary and Church Area:
The Pilar Church and the cemetary in Recoleta are the centres and the hightlights of the most prestigious neighborhood in Buenos Aires.

Palais de Glace:
The National Culture Exhibit Rooms are more commonly referred to as Palais de Glace(Ice Palace) is the most famous exhibition hall in Argetina. At times trully interesting events and art exhibits are found here.

Museo de Arte Decorativo:
The National Museum of Decorative Art is in a magnificent French Classical landmark building (it's just worth the price of admission just to enter this breathtaking structure). The museum houses a fascinating collection of furnishings and home decor, most of which was donated by Argentina's leading families.

Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes:
The National Fine Arts Museums contains some of the nations greattest treasures. While the museum's collection of impressionists leaves much to be desired, the museum does offer a good collection of art by Argentine artists.

Modern Art Museum - MAMBA:


National Library:
The library is somewhat of a marvel of Argentine sculpture while being Argentina's biggest library.
