The open kitchen is very modern and fully equipped.

Along the corridor are the two bedrooms, both with complete private bathrooms, with shower, bathtub and bidet.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, optional two twin size beds, ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, optional one queen size bed, and ceiling fan.

Modern stairs lead out to an extraordinary terrace with deck-solarium, grill and a shower to refresh after sunbathing.
In this top floor there is a big living room as well, with two sofa beds, a big table, a bathroom with shower and air conditioning. This room can be totally used as a third bedroom with exit to the terrace and its own bathroom.
