This recently converted property is very special; formerly an artists studio, it has been renovated to the highest specification found in Argentina. The house is located off street, in the most exclusive area of the trendy Palermo Soho neighbourhood. The house is completely sheltered from any street-level noise and is totally private, with no overlooking buildings, a rarity in bustling Buenos Aires.

This complete privacy is best enjoyed on the 2 levels of terrace, one of which features a colour-changing, heated swimming-pool with waterfall, and BBQ/dining area; the other a seating and sunbathing area with an adjustable electric canopy.

The kitchen and cinema area are both state-of-the art feature, with super-high ceilings in the cinema area. The built-in kitchen is custom designed with the highest specification and the cinema has full HD cable and Apple TV (with 1TB of pre-programmed Films and Series.) The Central Argentina / Buenos Aires Province region

The City of Buenos Aires is the capital and main city of the Republic Argentina. It is located in the pampas, limiting with the county of Buenos Aires, and the Río de la Plata (River of Silver), estuary of a system of rivers that ends in the South Atlantic.

However, if one observes attentively, they can still be seen in her many things that can be seen at first sight in any historically important city of Latin America.
