Very light and spacious three bedroom penthouse apartment located ten minutes of walking distance from the beach with most spectacular sea views overlooking Budva Riviera. Apartment consists of bathroom, open plan living area with dining for 6 persons, kitchen, three double bed bedrooms, each with its own terrace and one terrace leading from the living area with lovely sea views.

Property can accommodate up to 5 persons.

The Coastal Montenegro / Budva Riviera region

Budva Riviera a focal point of Montenegrin coast, it's about 35km long with more than 12 km sandy beaches.

The Budva / Podkosljun area

Budva presents a metropolis of Montenegrin tourism, with number of lovely beaches, but also lot of bars, restaurants, shops, with an exiting night life for different tastes and pockets. Budva is also rich in historic monuments and for sure one of the biggest and most famous is the Old Town, crossed with narrow streets and squares with number of famous buildings, lies on a small peninsula.

During the summer time there are number of music, theatre and number of other festivals and performances.

For those seeking for active vacation, there are tennis courts, water sports, but also organize boat trips with which one can also explore the area, and off course you can always enjoy walking by the beach and enjoy lovely picturesque sunsets.

Montenegro Airports and Flights:

There are two international airports in Montenegro: Podgorica and Tivat. In addition, you can use the Cilipi airport in Dubrovnik, Croatia (from Cilipi Airport 16 km to the border of Montenegro) see below.

Montenegro Airlines, ensures regular flights from Podgorica to Belgrade, Budapest, Paris, Vienna, Zurich, Frankfurt, Ljubljana and Rome; and from Tivat to Belgrade and Paris.

Adria Airways flies to Ljubljana (Ljubljana) in Slovenia, with connections onto London in UK, Paris in France, Copenhagen in Denmark, Zurich in Switzerland, Brussels in Belgium, Amsterdam in The Netherlands, Frankfurt and Munich in Germany, Vienna in Austria.

JAT Airways offers flights via Belgrade between London to Podgorica and Tivat.

KRAS Air flies from Moscow to Podgorica/Tivat.

“Outstanding apartment, highly recommend it!” We had a 10 day stay in this apartment in Budva in June 2012. This has actually been our 3rd stay in this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential part of Budva, but within walking distance (15 minutes) to the old town or 2-3 euro in a taxi. There are two well equipped/stocked local mini shops a two minute walk for fresh bread, friut, drinks and wine etc. All reasonably priced. The accomodation is a penthouse apartment and is light, spacious and airy. It is finished to a high standard, tastefully decorated, the owners clearly take pride in their accomodation. Our recent trip noted that the flooring has been upgraded to cream porcelain/marble tiles throughout. All bedrooms have a kingsize bed (very comfy) and each has it's own private balcony. It is ideal for 2 or 3 couples to share. The living room also has a settee that folds to a double bed. The bathroom is spacious with a bidet and shower. The kitchen has all you would need including a dish washer. The best feature of this apartment is the spacious living/dining room which has a balcony with direct sea views of the old town and St Nicholas Island. A stunning and peaceful place to sit and eat breakfast or your evening meal. The apartment has air conditioning throughout and heating (not that you'd ever need heating). Budva old town is a facinating place and has an amazing range of excellent restuarants and bars. Whilst we were on holiday there was often live music in the old town. The coast line is stunning, places that are a must to visist are: Budva old town (Stari Grad) Sveti Stefan (St Stephen) a 6 star Oman hotel complex with an amzing beach, linking to Milocer and Queens beaches, linking to Prozno, Kotor, Perast, Our Lady of the Rock church and Skadar Lake. The Speldid hotel in Beccici is worth a visit for a drink, meal or use of the spectacular Spa or the Avala Hotel in Budva. The quality of the food and service everywhere we went in Montenegro has been outstanding and all reasonably priced. In summary, I cannot recommend Montenegro enough and would highly recommend this apartment. We're considering booking up for a Week in October (reduced out of season rate) and for September 2013! Go for it!!
