With its proximity to the long promenade by Becici beach, this is an ideal spot for an evening stroll, taking in the small friendly bars [some with live music provided by local musicians] or for sampling the waterfront restaurants whch provide a variety of quality dishes. For those who wish to go further afield there are boats to take you across the bay to the old town of Budva. This comfortable ground floor apartment has an area of 62 m squared. The bedroom has a double bed and ample hanging space.There is ample room for a travel cot which could be provided. The bedroom door opens on to the terrace.The main living area contains a double and single sofa bed. There is a small well-equipped kitchen area. There are wardrobes providing additional storage in the spacious hall-way.The bathroom contains a shower[no bath] WC and washing machine.Additionally, a small table and chairs in dining area.The small enclosed sunny terrace faces a well-kept grassy area and comes complete with table and 4 chairs. NB CURTAINS IN BOTH ROOMS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH HEAVIER ONES THAN THOSE IN PHOTOS.

The Adriatic Coast region
Montenegro enjoys a sunny climate with mild winters. It is a very mountainous country with spectacular scenery and a dramatic coastline. The mountainous interior has many quiet lakes where one might take a picnic or enjoy a calm fishing trip.
There are numerous beaches with calm waters safe for bathing to visit as well as opportunities to explore the medieval towns inland.
Budva is the hub of this part of the Riviera with its restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets.It is the perfect place for an evening stroll along the cobbled streets, maybe stopping at one of the many bars with outside terraces. Alternatively one might take a wander along the waterfront to watch the spectacular sunsets over the bay.
There are many classical concerts in the town square throughout the summer.
Budva Riviera / Becici area
It is possible to explore without a car. There are local buses that will take you along the coast to beaches such as Kamenovo, Milocer or Petrovac,an old fishing village. Alternatively you could walk into Budva a medieval walled town{4km} or take a bus. From the main bus station in Budva you can get{cheap} buses to places such as Kotor fjord which is a MUST VISIT , Podgorica, or Cetinji the old hill-top capital.There are several beaches further south at Sutomore and Ulcinj{12 km of soft sandy beach.}
From the Queen of Montenegro hotel you can book excursions via Adriatic Express or there are various locals organising boat trips or visits to Dubrovnik or Tara canyon or the hauntingly beautiful Skadar Lake. Pick up at bus stop 100metres to the left of the apartment .

Further details indoors: The apartment has been finished and furnished to a high standard. The development is clean and quiet. The pool area is furnished with loungers and is for the sole use of the residents. The pool has a view up to the mountains.It would be particularly suitable for anyone seeking a quieter holiday in a small friendly environment. The apartments are surrounded by attractive gardens. There is a door from the lounge area leading onto the terrace and a gate which gives access to the path way which leads to other parts of the development. The pool is a two minute walk.
Further details outdoors: There is a Four Star hotel/spa , The Queen of Montenegro, 5 minutes walk away which has live music nightly in the summer months and a restaurant ,bars, and casino also a pool and marvellous terrace. (There is a charge for non-residents using the pool.)
The beach has a roped off area for swimming and the water is very calm. There are activities such as bunjee jumping and trampolining available on the beach. Tennis is available at the hotel across the road.
There is a well-stocked supermarket 200 metres from the apartment and several more within a 5 minute walk.
