Large kitchen dining area with seating for six people. Large sitting room with TV and Hi-Fi. Two large bedrooms and a shower room with all modern facilities.

All of the interior furniture has been specifically custom made for the apartment to high specifications.Facilities include: cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, highchair, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes dryer, central heating, air conditioning, TV, DVD player and CD player.

Sardinia is the Mediterranean's answer to the Caribbean and many say some of the worlds beautiful beaches. The area around Budoni Beach is surrounded by soft sand and towering dunes are framed by juniper trees.

Flamingo's reside in the lagoons close to the beach. Located close to the Costa Smeralda, famous as the jewel encrusted HQ of the glitterati and paparazzi. Budoni is renowned for its fantastic white sandy beaches, turquoise seas and stunning countryside.

The Budoni Sardinia / Limpiddu area

Limpiddiu is the local village 5 minutes walk away with friendly bars and restaurants. Within 3 mins drive, one reaches the small town of Budoni with its fabulous long white sandy beaches flanked by fragrant pine forests. Budoni has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent restaurants) open all year, supermarkets, local 'Sarda' produce shops, gift shops, ice cream shops, locals bars, Dive centre, shops, street markets (in July & Aug), banks, petrol station and a post office. Olbia is about a 25 min drive away.

For an unforgettable evening and to taste typical Sardinian home cooked and locally produced food pay a visit to the nearby Agriturismo's within a 5 minute walk of villa and apartment. Watch in awe as the local farmers spit roast locally produced meat over an open fire. 6 courses offered with ample amounts of local Sardinian wine. Warning.... limit your food intake during the day if you are determined to finish each course.

“Bella Vista” We stayed in the two bedroom villa, which comfortably sleeps up to six people (two on a very comfortable bed seatee downstairs). The villa is beautifully furnished and supplies everything you need to look after the villa and cater for the family (apart from food which you have to buy your own from the many local supermarkets which are reasonably priced). Using a car is recommended, it makes getting to the local beaches with children alot easier. Sardinia is renowed for its clear blue water and white sandy beaches and all we can say is that you will not be disappointed with the villa or the views and lovely beaches. We hope to visit again!
