About the home

Casa Encosta is a superb modern property with an enviable poolside location. Perfect for both families and couples alike, and conveniently located adjacent to Casa Bela. Just a couple of minutes drive from the resort is the picturesque and charming fishing village of Salema, which has retained its character and charm. With its long and sandy beach Salema remains a working village with boats going out every day and the local restaurants buying their fish directly from the fishermen.

Salema has an easy going atmosphere with a number of excellent restaurants and cafes. Children are particularly welcome at Parque da Floresta and they have a range of professional activity programmes. The nearest supermarket is just a short drive away offering a variety of national and International produce.

At the property entrance is the open plan lounge with dining facilities complete with cable TV, a DVD player and wireless Internet facilities. The kitchen is also situated on this level and has fully integrated appliances - a fridge freezer, oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

On the upper level you will find a private roof terrace with stunning views of the golf course and rolling countryside. Complete with table and chairs and a barbecue, this is perfect for dining al fresco!

The bedrooms are situated on the ground level and consist of a double configuration with a family bathroom and a twin configuration with en suite bathroom.
