About the home

Casa Bela is a beautifully furnished spacious property and perfected located with direct access to the swimming pool. Ideal for families and couples alike, and conveniently located adjacent to Casa Encosta.
Children are particularly welcome at Parque da Floresta, and they have a range of professional activity programmes ranging from 4 to 16 years of age.

The nearest beach is Salema, a mere 5 minutes drive and the nearest supermarket is just a short stroll away offering a variety of national and International produce.

Parque da Floresta has its own challenging 18 hole par 71 course which is 4381 yards long, with no two holes the same! Golf facilities include a pro shop, restaurant and club house, Driving range with five covered and ten outdoor bays and target greens, three practice putting greens and short game practice area, PGA approved Golf academy with private or group lessons. Boavista, Palmares and Penina courses are within a 20 minute drive of the resort.

All guests receive a generous discount on green fees at Parque da Floresta.

At the entrance level is the first bedroom - a twin configuration with mirrored wardrobes. The remaining bedrooms are located downstairs on the lower ground level and consist of a further twin bedroom with mirrored wardrobes plus an en-suite bathroom with WC, bath and shower. Bedroom 3 is a double configuration with an en suite bathroom and a fixed digital safe. These bedrooms open onto a terrace area complete with sunloungers.
Upstairs to the first level you will find the inviting and spacious lounge area complete with sofa's, a dining table with chairs, fireplace, flat screen TV with access to a wide range of channels, DVD player, telephone and wireless internet facilities. Patio doors open onto a balcony with views of the swimming pool. On the upper level is the fully equipped modern kitchen with integrated appliances - oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Further steps to a small roof terrace complete with barbecue.

“First Class!!” The property is ideal, a large 3 bedroom villa on 3 levels this property is modern and comprehensively equipped with high quality fittings & furniture. A very quiet location with a lovely swimming pool a few steps away. Only a short drive from local supermarket & 5 minutes to the wonderful village of Salema with its super beach and wonderful choice of restaurants. We have stayed on this development before and will not hesitate to return - if you are looking for the place to stay on the Algarve this is highly recommended.

“Property Was Modern,Comfortable,Clean,Good Location,Great Amenities” We were recommended the property & area by a friend.We were not disappointed!Have booked again to go in July 2012. As a family of 2 teenagers, the property provides a great space/privacy. Very clean and modern with all the necessary equipment/laundry provided The pool & facilities on site are fantastic and the general location is ideal to go exploring the surrounding areas. A peaceful and relaxing place to stay.Customer service provided by Vicky was also great, checking everything was ok on our arrival/running through basic information on the property and if any problems to get in touch.
