Mill Cottage is 1 hour from Exeter and is located in the rural village of Crackington Haven on the North West Cornish Coast, situated 4 miles from Boscastle and Tintageal.

The Bude / Crackington Haven area

Crackington Haven beach is a two minute drive with the Coombe Barton Inn, cafes and car parking.

For those of you who enjoy walking the National Trust Coastal path is a 5 minute drive away accessed either via The Stangles or Crackington Haven and on a clear day you can look across the rugged hills to Lundy Island.

The Camel Trail has been converted from a disused railway line and runs for 17 miles linking Padsrow to Wadebridge to Bodmin, before Bodmin you can divert to Poley Bridge on the edge of Bodmin Moor. You can use the Camel Trail for cycling, walking and jogging or just enjoy a day out exploring the local wildlife along the Camel estuary. There are numerous picnic benches along the trail but you can also lunch at tea-shops or pubs en-route.

Cornwall has some of the finest attractions on offer in the UK, you will find things to do whatever you age, ranging from country houses, historical museums, gardens, beaches, water sports centres, wildlife sanctuaries and all weather theme parks.

The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are approximatly 50 minutes away.
