Kettle cottage is a charming stone barn conversion located in private grounds close to Morwenstow in North Cornwall. The cottage is set in a tranquil rural location and surrounded by beautiful countryside with ready access to the coast. The nearest beach is two minutes drive away and perfect for families and surfing. Local amenities are close by and the town of Bude is a short drive away.
The property has four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and bunk beds) and the living area is open plan with exposed wood beams and a wood burning stove. The cottage has its own large garden with patio area and parking for two cars.

There is a downstairs kitchen, and upstairs separate bathroom with shower and WC.
The cottage will sleep eight but please be advised that two of the beds are bunks and really only suitable for children.

There is a large patio area at the front of the cottage with picnic bench and BBQ. Bodyboards, windbreaks, buckets and spades available for use on the beach.

Morwenstow sits in the middle of one of the most beautiful and scenic parts of the Cornish coast. Rugged cliffs with spectacular sea views are interspersed with some fantastic beaches, while inland the unspoiled countryside presents numerous opportunities to explore.
The main A39 “Atlantic Highway” is within easy reach giving ready access to the villages and towns of North Devon and Cornwall such Bideford, Barnstaple, Clovelly, Kilkhampton, Boscastle Tintagel, Wadebridge and Padstow.
The Bude / Morwenstow area
The area is great for walkers and the South West Coastal Path is readily accessible from Kettle Cottage as are the numerous footpaths of the picturesque Coombe and Marsland Valleys. There are several fantastic beaches nearby all of which provide the ideal location for families with buckets and spades or surfers keen to experience some of the best surfing conditions in Britain.
The resort town of Bude is 15 minutes drive away and has numerous shops restaurants and amenities such as swimming, bowling, tennis and golf. Horse riding is also available at the nearby village of Gooseham. The area is good for cycling with the Tarka and Camel Trails located within 40 minutes drive.
