Wennas Well is one of five, in the set of ‘View for Two’ barns, completed in August 2008. There is a patio area to the side of the barn, where a slate now covers the well, which was believed to be used for a dwelling many years ago.
Set in the peaceful location on the dramatic North Cornish coast, it offers spectacular countryside and sea vistas. A larger shared grass area with seating and built in BBQ is also a just a short distance away, perfect for enjoying those long summer days or for sitting back with a warm drink on a chilly winter evening.

Cornwall is blessed with spectacular coastlines and countryside. All cottages are situated on our spacious complex, on the outskirts of the village of Marhamchurch. Padstow and Rock (50 mins drive approx) famous for their fishing and beauty are nearby as are historic Boscastle and Tintagel (25 mins drive approx) with quaint villages such as Trebarwith Strand. Travelling north you come to Welcombe Mouth, the picture postcard village of Clovelly (30 mins drive approx). Inland are the moors, Jamaica Inn, Bodmin (50 mins drive approx), and across to Plymouth , Falmouth, Fowey (75 mins drive approx) and so many other interesting and welcoming locations to suit all interests and tastes. The Bude area
The village of Marhamchurch is just a short stroll away. There are plenty of walks in the area that can be enjoyed such as the Hele Valley Trail which joins onto the idyllic canal path that leads to the seaside town of Bude (two miles away). If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, the walk extends to encompass the rugged coastline from the town, back towards the village, where The Wier (tea room and bistro) is situated. Perfect for couples looking to relax and admire the view overlooking the lake. The charming seaside town of Bude, two miles away, has a selection of good quality shops, fine restaurants and public houses. Wennas Well is also ideally located if you intend to visit other popular Cornish towns, such as Rock, Padstow (35 miles), Port Isaac (25 miles) and Boscastle (15 miles).
