This wing of a former Coach House built in 1907, and converted in 2001, has beamed ceilings, some original scattered high and low windows, balcony, enclosed garden and spectacular views of patchwork fields that lead to the sea 2 miles away. Set in a lovely tranquil rural setting, the Olde Coach House has been tastefully converted, decorated and furnished, most of which has been locally hand made, in traditional country style to a high standard. It provides a holiday home for all the family to enjoy.
The Olde Coach House is an upside down layout, there are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The four poster bedroom with television has an en-suite, and there is a main bathroom both with Jacuzzi bath, shower over bath, and WC.
There is a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, which leads out onto the garden via sliding patio doors. The enclosed garden provides a safe playing area for younger children, with patio, barbeque and seating, there is also a communal play area with swings and a trampoline (available from Easter until October half term).
On the first floor there is an open plan sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire, and a television (Inc Video and DVD player) It has wonderful original chunky beams and patio doors. Leading to a large decked balcony which provides space for seating and a table for all to enjoy the outstanding countryside and sea views the area has to offer. Relaxing and gazing up at the stars at night is a must! The sitting room is followed by a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/diner. There is a twin bedroom, with wonderful timbered ceiling, contains through to the separate bathroom with WC and power shower.
A total of four bedrooms, 1 four poster, 1 double, and 2 twin bedrooms. Open plan sitting room on the first floor, kitchen/diner, providing a home from home atmosphere for up to 8 people. There is off road parking for up to 3 cars. Bed linen and heating is included, there are no extra costs.

Inland are the moors, Jamaica Inn, Bodmin, and across to Plymouth, Falmouth, Fowey and so many other interesting and welcoming locations to suit all interests and tastes.

Within a few miles of Wooldown Farm are the Blue Flag Supervised beaches of Widemouth Bay and Bude, both renowned for their good surf. The resort town of Bude has a good selection of quality shops and supermarkets.
