Sunny Corner sits overlooking patchwork countryside and the village of Marhamchurch. It has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard and now features a new fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen with granite (effect) worktops, Range Cooker, Wood and slate (effect) Amtico flooring, All bedrooms have carpeted floors.
The bungalow has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size locally hand made four poster bed with television, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom with television. There is a bathroom with power shower, heated towel rail and WC. The lounge has a leather sofa and chair, electric wood burner effect fire, widescreen television (inc Video and DVD player). Following through is the conservatory which looks over the countryside, it has a dining area, and soft seating, along with widescreen television (inc Video).
There is also a communal play area with swings and a trampoline which is a few minutes walk away (as this property is situated on the road next to the farm - available from Easter until October half term).
Just a short stroll down the road is the village of Marhamchurch with the local shop, pub/restaurant and church, the town of Bude is just 2 miles away with three supermarkets, shops, entertainment and a growing selection of good quality restaurants.
A total of three bedrooms, 1 four poster, 1 twin room and 1 single room, living room, kitchen, conservatory with diner, recently refurbished, providing an excellent base for exploring the Cornish coast, towns, villages and attractions. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen and heating is included, there are no extra costs. Non Smoking Indoors.

Cornwall is blessed with spectacular coastlines and countryside. All cottages are situated on our spacious complex, on the outskirts of the village of Marhamchurch. Padstow and Rock (50 mins drive approx) famous for their fishing and beauty are nearby as are historic Boscastle and Tintagel (25 mins drive approx) with quaint villages such as Trebarwith Strand. Travelling north you come to Welcombe Mouth, the picture postcard village of Clovelly (30 mins drive approx). Inland are the moors, Jamaica Inn, Bodmin (50 mins drive approx), and across to Plymouth , Falmouth, Fowey (75 mins drive approx) and so many other interesting and welcoming locations to suit all interests and tastes.

Bude / Marhamchurch area
The village of Marhamchurch has a small shop and Post Office for all the essentials, as well as a very good family friendly pub and restaurant serving evening meals and Sunday Carvaries. Both are just a short 10 minute stroll from all our cottages.
The idylic, seaside town of Bude is extremly popular year round is just 2 miles from Wooldown. It has a good selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.
There are seven main beaches all within a few miles of Wooldown Farm including Widemouth Bay renowned for its good surf, and Summerleaze and Crooklets on the edge of Bude.
