Well Farm Cottage is a spacious semi-detached farm cottage in a peaceful courtyard setting up a private drive. The cottage is in the picturesque Tamar Valley on the Devon / Cornwall border, just 10 miles from the North Cornwall Coast (Widemouth Bay and Bude are the nearest beaches). Within a short drive is Boscastle, Tintagel, Crackington Haven, Port Isaac, Clovelly and Hartland. Perfect for couples looking for a relaxing break in the countryside, or families who enjoy the quiet setting and on-site children's playarea, Well Farm Cottage is a great value base for exploring Cornwall and Devon. The cottage has a modern fitted kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. The lounge diner is spacious with tv, dvd and wi fi connection. Downstairs bathroom with white suite, electric shower over bath. Utility space with washing maching, airer and iron. Upstairs there are two spacious double bedrooms plus cot. There is a bedsettee in the lounge. Highchair and stairgates free of charge upon request. Bed linen and towels provided; please bring cot linen. Barbeque and picnic table on grassed area to rear of cottage.Guests are free to spend time fly fishing on the Rivers Tamar and Deer, a 5 minute walk from the cottage, from our private field. Please bring own equipment and fishing licence.Parking outside the cottage. Children's playarea on site with slide, swings and monkey bars.One to two pet dogs welcome at £30 per pet per booking; pets not to be left unattended in the cottage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Clare (the owner) a message.

If Clare (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
