No.39 is a large 1920s family house with comfortable spacious accommodation for up to 11 people who want to be near the beach (beach-hut May to September) and town.It is situated in a quiet residential road with a mature garden and plenty of offroad parking.

No.39 offers plenty of space in which to relax. It has 6 bedrooms ,1 with ensuite. 2 separate bathrooms,1 with a corner bath.It also has a large separate dining room , a playroom with wi,i leading onto a big conservatory which opens onto a patio and secure garden area with gas bbq and garden furniture.The comfortable south facing lounge has a 42" flat screen hd tv, with full sky package,dvd and broadband. The large well appointed kitchen has a range cooker,american style fridge freezer,dishwasher,microwave and kitchen table.

Beach hut available for your use only,it is situated on the beautiful beach or summerleaze which is amazing for families and is dog friendly.We are happy to take 2 well behaved dogs ,Offroad parking for 4 cars .Welcome pack . 10 min walk to the cycle path and canal .Short stroll to the beach with open air sea pool,

Bude is situated on the majestic North Cornwall coast,the beaches are amazing, whether for making the biggest of sand castles or just to relax and watch the world pass by. Have a surf lesson,go horse riding, play golf or just walk, enjoy the scenery and chill.

The town has a lovely selection of independant shops to browse around,and there are many pubs,restaurants and cafes to choose from - go on treat yourself to a cream tea!!
