The Wagoners offers spectacular views of patchwork fields that lead to the sea 2 miles away. It features beamed ceilings, enclosed garden, stone walls and Jacuzzi bath.
The Wagoners has a king size four poster bedroom with some beautiful exposures of the original wall. Opposite is the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with shower over and WC. The living area is open plan with wooden stairs located in the centre of the room. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/diner with everything you need for a stress free holiday.
The lounge has two leather three seaters and a chair, together with widescreen television (inc Video and DVD player), electric wood burner effect fire featuring a mantle piece made from an old gate post found on the farm. Large patio doors lead to the enclosed garden with seating and a barbeque. In the morning enjoy reading the newspaper, in the fresh energising country air and in the evening enjoy watching the truly amazing sunsets.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with king size four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. Leading from the bedroom there is an adjoining children’s room with twin beds for children 10 years and under, the children will love the slopped ceiling and miniature furniture. On the same floor there is a twin bedroom and bathroom with over shower bath and WC.
A total of four bedrooms, 2 four posters, 1 children’s twin room and 1 twin bedroom. Open plan living room, kitchen/diner, providing an excellent base for the whole family. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen and heating is included, there are no extra costs. Friday Changeover, Non Smoking Indoors.

The West Country / Cornwall region
Cornwall is blessed with spectacular coastlines and countryside. All cottages are situated on our spacious complex, on the outskirts of the village of Marhamchurch. Padstow and Rock (50 mins drive approx) famous for their fishing and beauty are nearby as are historic Boscastle and Tintagel (25 mins drive approx) with quaint villages such as Trebarwith Strand. Travelling north you come to Welcombe Mouth, the picture postcard village of Clovelly (30 mins drive approx). Inland are the moors, Jamaica Inn, Bodmin (50 mins drive approx), and across to Plymouth , Falmouth, Fowey (75 mins drive approx) and so many other interesting and welcoming locations to suit all interests and tastes.

Bude / Marhamchurch area
The village of Marhamchurch has a small shop and Post Office for all the essentials, as well as a very good family friendly pub and restaurant serving evening meals and Sunday Carvaries. Both are just a short 10 minute stroll from all our cottages.
The idylic, seaside town of Bude is extremly popular year round is just 2 miles from Wooldown. It has a good selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.
There are seven main beaches all within a few miles of Wooldown Farm including Widemouth Bay renowned for its good surf, and Summerleaze and Crooklets on the edge of Bude.
How to get there
Directions to Wooldown Farm Holiday Cottages
M5 to Exeter. Take the A30 from Exeter to Launceston. Take the turning off the A30 into Launceston, you then come to a roundabout which shows the Bude road.
Take the road to Bude and continue on for about 13 to 14 miles, you should come to a cross roads and then take the road to the left to Stratton/Bude, drive through Stratton and you will come to the A39.
Turn to the left and continue until you have passed 2 Bude turnings to the right. The Marhamchurch turning is the next on the left, if you miss this one do not worry there is another turning just 1/2 mile down the road again to the left.
Drive into the village of Marhamchurch and take the Week St Mary road out of the village, this goes past the Bullers Arms Public House.
Just on about 500m and exactly opposite the village sign itself and just after the 30 mph sign is the turning to Wooldown Farm to the left, with the sign at the entrance.
