The accommodation comprises of large, spacious rooms over three floors, and the majority overlook either the beach, the golf course or National Trust land. The house features light, airy rooms with high ceilings and original features which are complemented with antique furniture.

In summary, there is a kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, lounge, downstairs cloakroom, 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 en-suite and 2 bathrooms and 2 W.C's. To the outside is a front and back garden, a large garage and off street parking.

*The master bedroom suite with large bay window and en-suite shower room. The room has been furnished with traditional furniture including a super king sleigh bed.

*Two large double bedrooms - both have a feature fireplace (decorative use only) and four poster beds.

*The family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a range of modern sanitaryware.

*A second bathroom

*A separate W.C

*A laundry room

The second floor comprises of two twin bedded rooms with a range of complimentary furniuture.

To the outside there is a front and back garden, and furniture is provided for alfresco dining. In addition there is a large garage and off street parking for 2-3 cars. Direct access can also be gained to the coastal footpath from the back garden.

The property is available throughout the year. Short breaks welcome between October and March from £300 for 2 nights (inclusive of bed linen, towels and electricity). Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome, however, we do charge an extra £20 per pet, per week.

Please note that we do not accept any single sex bookings, nor bookings from anyone under 21 years of age.
