For those looking for adventure, there are many wonderful coastal walks which are easily accessible from the properties, either through the fields or along the public footpath. Just a short stroll and you'll reach the long, sandy beach of Widemouth Bay which is perfect for surfing and sunbathing. You can also access the coastal paths, which offer dramatic views over the North Cornish coastline, which is a haven for bird watching. The local town of Bude is just a stone's throw away and offers a variety of restaurants and shops as well as many places to enjoy a cream tea by the popular canal. Slightly further afield you will find the well known towns of Boscastle, Rock and Padstow, which all provide a great day out. Alternatively the children's attractions such as The Big Sheep or The Milky Way are a short drive away and are bound to be a highlight to the holiday.Amenities: ample parking. Bathroom: located on the first floor, family size with bath, handheld shower and WC. Further bathroom located on the ground floor with shower over whirlpool bath, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge: large with comfortable seating, woodburner, flatscreen TV, DVD, Freeview and access through French doors to the garden and patio. Kitchen: large and well-equipped with range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A door leads into a light and spacious conservatory with views of the garden.
