There are exposed beams, oak panelling and mullioned windows throughout with an impressive galleried landing and reception area complete with a re-enactment mural of the Battle of Stamford Hill. A short stroll will take you to the village centre with pubs, shops and takeaways, you will also be ideally placed for enjoying the many sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches which the North coast is renowned for. There are also plenty of attractions to enjoy close by which include The Milky Way near Bideford, Bude with it's canal, Splashpool, indoor and outdoor bowling, tennis courts, putting greens and much more. Leisure facilities: the use of the restaurant, bar and entertainment facilities at the adjoining Penstowe Manor is free. Daily/Weekly passes for the indoor swimming, squash, bowls and other indoor sports facilities may be purchased at reception.

Kitchen/breakfast room: with range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine. Utility: shared tumble drying facilities 100 yards. Outside: small enclosed patio area with seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Limited towels available for hire. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 3 miles, bar adjacent, shop under 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
