It also provides horse riding, an 18 hole links golf course, sport and leisure centre, bowling greens, coarse and sea fishing and a choice of award-winning clean beaches with beautiful clifftop walks. Leisure facilities: Swimspa open between 3rd April and 5th September 2014 (a time slot is booked by your family for your own exclusive use), indoor tennis court, games room with pool table and table tennis, outdoor giant chess set, river trout and coarse lake fishing, woodland walk and kite flying field. Guests are also invited to interact with the alpacas that live on-site. Amentities: Laundry room with wet suit drying area. Payphone available.

Bathroom: bath with shower head attachment and WC. Additional twin bedroom located on the ground floor with hi-fi. Cloakroom with WC off the entrance hall. Lounge: open-plan with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: patio doors from the lounge lead to an enclosed garden with private access through the adjacent woodland down to the fishing lakes with distant views to the village of Marhamchurch. Amenities: private parking, bed linen, wi-fi, electric, central heating and towels included. 2 dogs welcome (regret dogs cannot be accepted during the school summer holidays). Regret no smoking in the cottage or surrounding buildings. Location: beach, pub and shop 2 miles.
