Situated adjoining an old converted carpentry, this delightful cottage has its own entrance and is the perfect retreat for couples. Situated a few minutes drive from the North Cornish coast, yet having both coastal and moorland views from the unusual decked lookout at the top of the garden, an ideal spot to sit and relax at the end of a busy days exploring, with a pint or glass of wine! There is lots to see and do in the area which is famed for its beautiful walks and excellent sandy beaches, ideal for surfing or bathing. Well positioned for touring the area with attractions such as Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and nearby Bude with its beach, canal and large variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Eden Project is also within reach being approximately just over 1 hours drive away. All in all offers peace and quiet, yet is close to all major facilities.
