Set in a lovely tranquil rural setting, this wing of a former Coach House built in 1907, converted in 2001, has beamed ceilings, some original scattered high and low windows, balcony, enclosed garden and spectacular views of patchwork fields that lead to the sea two miles away.

The Olde Coach House is in the middle of a courtyard of two other barns (Wagoners and Stable Barn), it has an upside down layout with three bedrooms on the ground floor. The twin bedroom has patio doors which lead out to the enclosed garden which provides a safe playing area for younger children. Additionally, there is a communal play area with swings and a trampoline opposite the barn.

On the first floor the open plan sitting room has wonderful original chunky beams and patio doors that open onto a large decked balcony with a table and seating for all to enjoy the breathtaking countryside and sea vista. The location affords low levels of light pollution, the balcony is a perfect platform to gaze up at the spectacular array of stars at night.

There is also a twin bedroom beside the bathroom on the first floor.

Cornwall is blessed with spectacular coastlines and countryside. All cottages are situated on our spacious complex, on the outskirts of the village of Marhamchurch.

Padstow and Rock (50 mins drive approx) famous for their fishing and beauty are nearby as are historic Boscastle and Tintagel (25 mins drive approx) with quaint villages such as Trebarwith Strand.

Travelling north you come to Welcombe Mouth, the picture postcard village of Clovelly (30 mins drive approx). Inland are the moors, Jamaica Inn, Bodmin (50 mins drive approx), and across to Plymouth , Falmouth, Fowey (75 mins drive approx) and so many other interesting and welcoming locations to suit all interests and tastes.

The village of Marhamchurch is just a short stroll away and offers a church and The Hele Valley Trail walk can also be enjoyed, this joins onto the idyllic canal path that leads to the seaside town of Bude (two miles away).

The town of Bude is extremely popular year round is just 2 miles from Wooldown. It has a good selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.

There are seven main beaches all within a few miles of Wooldown Farm including Widemouth Bay renowned for its good surf, and Summerleaze and Crooklets on the edge of Bude.
