About the home

A light and bright bungalow with two twin rooms and a master ensuite. The bungalow is just a few steps from the local post office with all the essentials and a walk from the beach at Crackington Haven. The beach is surrounded by sea riven cliffs creating a breathtaking landscape and forms the perfect back drop whilst you eat at the Coombe Barton Inn. There is both al fresco dining and a restaurant/bar, perfect for all the family. Not only this but there is a cafe and ice cream shop too! Walks are wonderful and coves sheltered with sandy beaches.

There is a parking space and gardens to the side and rear with open countryside beyond. There is also in a neighbouring field, a childrens play area, great fun! The garden is great for children and a dog.

Cornwall is in the South West of England and offers rugged coastlines offering over 125 beaches popular for surfers and families. There are moorlands such as Dartmoor and its famous prison, lakes and rivers. Cornwall is renowned for its historic buildings including The Minack Theatre, St Michaels Mount and Restormel Castle are just a few examples.

The steep climb up English Heritage’s stone staircase at Tintagel is worth every step - the island offers breathtaking views and some remaining walls of King Arthur’s castle, where the Knights of the Round Table once met. Boscastle is just a few miles from Tintagel an idyllic village with craft shops and museums, a truly impressive walk to the natural harbour lined with colossal cliffs.Cornwall is a true gem and not to be missed!

The Bude / Crackington Haven area

Trelawne is located in Crackington Haven, just a short stroll from the village Post Office/Stores and about a mile from the beach. The Bay at Crackington Haven is glorious with its wide, sandy beach, rock pools, great surf and sunsets and perfectly located family pub /restaurant. There are also two cafés, a surf shop and large car park. The village is only a short drive from the historic towns of Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel with their beaches, supermarkets, churches, shops and restaurants.

From the North, take the A362 to Barnstaple from junction 27 M5. From Barnstaple, the A39 will take you past Bude. Continue for a further x miles until you see the right hand turn for Crackington Haven. After two miles, turn right again. Shortly after entering the village, you will see the entrance to the driveway to Trelawne directly opposite the village post office.
From the East, take junction 31 onto the A30 West. After the Launceston turn off, take the A395 (signposted North Cornwall). Immediately after Hallworthy, turn right and continue until you meet with the A39. Turn right towards Bude, and look for the left hand turn signposted Crackington Haven. After two miles, turn right again. Shortly after entering the village, you will see the entrance to the driveway to Trelawne directly opposite the village post office.
