The house comfortably sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms, and together with a large garden it is a perfect house for 2 families holidaying together.
The house owners have equipped the house to a very high standard and have created a real 'home-away-from-home' feel to it.
There are 2 king bedrooms, one of which is en suite and 3 twin bedrooms.
A King bedroom and one of the twins are located on the first floor with a shower room.
The ground floor is home to 2 further twin rooms, an en suite king bedroom and a large family bathroom along with the kitchen lounge and dining area. The large kitchen/dining room leads on to a spacious lounge with leather sofas and log burner. There is a large dining table which seats 10.

The garden with its great views of the bay, is accessed through the lounge French doors. Outside is a terraced patio area with large table and chairs.
There is a gas barbecue and an outside tap for swilling off those wetsuits after a day on the sand!

Some of the most beautiful beaches and inspiring views in the world await you in Bude. From the tiniest coves to the widest stretches of gorgeous sands all have unrivalled scenic beauty; stunning coastal and inland paths await and are yours to enjoy.
Carnivals, fetes, jazz festivals and life saving demonstrations jostle to grab your attention. Golf, horse riding, surfing, fishing and mountain boarding are all on offer here (with loads more too) and all set against spectacular natural scenery

Atlantic Reach is a superb modern property which is finished to a high standard. There were eight us us plus the dog and the house was more than big enough for all of us. Ten can sleep very comfortably in five double / twin bedrooms and they are all lovely. It has a lovely home from home feeling and the coastline views from the back garden are stunning. There are small shops, cafes and pubs within walking distance and you are only 10 minutes by car from Bude. There is a lovely Bistro about 1.5 miles towards Bude called Elements which we really recomend. Great location, food and service. Family friendly.
