You will find this Georgian period farmhouse wonderfully secluded with both rural and coastal views, you can take a leisurely stroll through our green meadows which leads you to the fabulous Northcott Mouth beach, superbly deserted in the winter or you can swim, surf or just laze on the beach in the summer months.
The farmhouse retains bags of individual character and boasts 9 bedrooms! Here you will love our large and well equipped kitchen with its original flagstone slate flooring which has been shaped over time, and its double oven Aga, ideal for putting together the 4 course meal you’ll be enjoying around the large dining table.

From Northcott beach you can walk the Atlantic heritage coast along to Sandymouth, or if you are feeling extremely energetic – to Duckpool, or in the the other directly walk to the local town of Bude with its 2 blue-flag beaches.

Further details indoors: We’ve put together three lounges, the smallest being in the Anex, particularly beneficial for families, above which is a double bedroom, with original wooden beams.
One Lounge has stripped floorboards and overlooks the garden, large TV with DVD/VCR, the second is carpeted has a large TV and French Patio doors leading onto the patio/Barbecue area from which you have the stunning view down the valley and over the ocean (as seen in our gallery). We’ve recently installed a wood burning stove which quickly warms the dining room which adjoins the kitchen.
Further details outdoors: The large gardens have a children's play area with swings and climbing frame, a sandpit and ample room for softball games, and the usual garden activities. The garden also comes equipped with a large gas barbecue.
