Mulberry has 3 bedrooms, comprising a double ensuite with king size oak bed plus 2 twin bedrooms, large family bathroom and downstairs WC.

Its spacious lounge with deep comfy sofas has a widescreen TV with freeview & DVD player, coffee table & free standing reading lamps, leading through to its dining room, with table seating up to 6 with patio doors leading directly out to the garden patio with picnic table and parasol.

The garden is mostly laid to lawn & the hot-tub is located in a private corner of the garden, just steps away from the patio doors.

The brand new kitchen has granite worktops, integrated applicances and it fully equipped to cater for a family of 6.

There is also an additional play room with bean bags for the children to have their own space.

Sycamore is a 3 bedroomed house with Master Ensuite, double and twin bedroom, family bathroom, separate lounge with patio doors leading directly to the garden and separate kitchen.Garden has hardwood table and benches,fatboy bean bag,sunloungers and free logs for the woodburner.

SOUTHPARK is a 3 bedroomed bungalow, set on its own, with 1 master ensuite, 1 double bedroom plus 1 twin bedroom. Spacious lounge leading onto dining area, separate kitchen, with patio doors leading out to its raised decking with patio table and chairs and parasol and gas bbq during summer months. Large enclosed garden with hot-tub, summer house and childrens outdoor play furniture. * Pets Accepted in this property *

"Excellent for a family holiday"
