About the home

The beautiful, 480 m2 house with a huge garden and fantastic panorama is located in the hills of Buda.
It is realy "dream home" with a wonderful private indoor swimmig pool + jacuzzi, and sauna (normal and infra) in an "old style" with several woods, with a wonderful view to the town. You can peacefull relax or can make a party here. The house is perfect for groups, for a party, nobody is nearby who can disturb, you can dance and laugh all night. You can make a birthday party, bachelor day or a card game party with friends in this wonderful and rather charmly city. If you want travel and live with your friend or with your family together, this is a very safe and children care place with several toys, and experience of private swimming pool, and the big and nice garden with toys. We have a separet place for dogs 20m2.
We can help in the shopping, or can offer programs (gokart, toboggan, bowling etc. nearby. We recommend AirportShuttle. Taxi price is app. 0,7EUR/km, city is app 10km far.
We can offer a breakfast or dining service with a chef, please ask an offer with your ideas.

At Wellness level is a heated (27C) swimming pool 4*14,5m, jacuzzi (34C), and sauna (infra/finn), shower, toilet, with door to the garden, garage for 2 cars and laundry. We have on 1st floor living room, dining room (table for 12) and the big full equpped kitchen with a bar, terrace (gas barbecue),and a big extra room, what you can use as a sleeping room (opened sofa and extra guest beds),or meeting romm, or club room. On 2nd floor we have 3 bigger double bed rooms with bathrooms (optionally with guest bed for 3 person), 2 double bed rooms without bathromm. Details and more photos on my web site (see link)

Private terrace with barbecue and garden chairs and tables, private garden with fire place, and playground for the children, table-tennis, deckchairs for the relaxing after swimming or sauna.

The price included bed linen, towels, usage of private heated swimming pool, TV, wifi, toilet paper, shower liquid. Swimming pool and sauna is available all day of the year. English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions, key service personally.
The price is in the low season 400EUR/night, high season 480EUR/night, New Year's Eve Season 560EUR/night for max 16 person. Under 10 person we give discount. Final cleaning is 40EUR under 3 night booking. Refundable deposit is 500EUR.
Please wash the dishes, and put them back, and collect the garbage selective.

Conditions

All of town activities together with a pleasure home feeling, possibility for fitness, health, and party.
There is no lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access, a first floor directly can used for 2 people. Shower is possible in the swimming pool with wheelchair.
A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
Smoking allowed except sleeping rooms and swimming pool.

Budapest has a continental climate, the city is laying on two part of Danube river with several bridges and historical buildings. The Hungarian cuisine is very delicious, the prices are cheap, the people are nice.

Several cultural programs, Museums, concerts are in the town, and the night clubs are open from 24.00-05.00 with a modern music.

The Budapest / Buda area

The house is in the family-house district, far from others with a nice and big private garden. Nearby is the public bus stop, and you can go to the city of the town.

Nearby can find a tennis place, a sport-arena, gokart and laser gun, restaurants, shopping centres.
