On the corner of the famous Vaci Utca and Haris Koz, in the very heart of the city centre pedestrian walkway stands this extra large, elegant, gentry apartment. Váci Utca and Haris Koz are famous for their fine restaurants, coffee shops and elegant boutiques.
Enjoy the serene peaceful atmosphere of this beautiful apartment with its very high ceilings, large windows and beautifully restored wood block floors.
The apartment is situated on the first floor (with lift) in the quieter side street of Haris Koz. A few steps to the famous Váci utca, shopping street, 150 meters from the subway, and only a 2- minute walk to the Danube
and there you have the best panoramic view upon the Royal Castle Hill.

T.V. room has large flat screen TV, DVD player, double sofa bed, television cabinet, wardrope. Guests sleeping in this room have an en -suite bathroom.

Kitchen has dining table, 6 chairs, fridge freezer, combined gas and electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric coffee pot, full kitchen utensils.

Ist Bathroom has bath with shower hose, wash-basin, wc., heated towel rail.
2nd Bathroom has large shower, wash-basin, wc., heated towel rail.
3rd bathroom has wc., and small wash-basin.

Hall has extra wardrope and storage space.
Utility/back hall area has iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc.

Special events and a period including New Year's eve may cost a little extra.

Price includes linen, towels, gas, electricity and final cleaning. Minimum letting period 3 nights.

If there is no arrival booking on your departure day, you can leave any time. If however there is an arrival you need to be packed by 12 midday. Your luggage can be stored in the hall of the apartment until it is time for you to leave for the airport.

Franz Liszt airport 1, 2/A and 2/B are about 15km away.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation. Passengers are taken by a direct bus service (bus 200) from Terminals 2 and 1, to Köbánya-Kispest metro terminal. It takes 22 minutes from terminal 2 and about 10 minutes from terminal 1 to the Metro terminal. By this 'blue’line (3) Metro from Köbánya-Kispest, 20 mins. ride takes you to our stop Ferenciek Tere in the City Centre.

If required the agent for this apartment will provide transport from airport to apartment and back to the airport. Cost 20 euro per trip. (up to 4 guests per car) For larger groups we would recommend the airport shuttle mini bus.

Car hire is not necessary within the city as public transport facilities are excellent from the apartment.
