Very bright and quiet, newly refurbished and fully furnished studio-apartment. This apartment has a practical layout, with a spacious room with a nicely created dining area for full comfort. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped.
The apartment is located just beside the St. István Boulevard in the centre of Pest. Close to the Margaret Island (Margitsziget) and the Margaret Bridge (Margithíd), the Hungarian Parliament and the government district, the Western Railway Station (Nyugati pu.) and the famous Budapest Boulevards with many shops and coffee-houses.

Budapest takes place in the temperate zone with continental climate. From the four season the hottest months are July and August-this time of the year the temperature can reach 28 and even 30 degrees. The coldest months are December, January, February-the temperature can increase down to -15 and 0 degrees. The number of sunny hours is over eight, but during the summer it can even exceed that .
