The Central Hungary/Danube region

Budapest, the capital of the Hungarian Republic, lies in the centre of the Carpathian Basin in Europe, on both sides of the river Danube. It has an area of 525 square km. It's population of about 2 millions is 20 per cent of the country's total. Budapest is the world's only metropolis, where there are more than 130 thermal springs and wells.
With its incredible architecture and rich cultural heritage, Hungary's capital deserves its reputation as the 'Paris of Central Europe'. It has a complex identity, somewhere between Western luxury and simple traditions.

Budapest / District 6 area

District VI has thriving cultural life. Andrássy Avenue is Budapest's Broadway with the Opera House, Liszt Ferenc Music Academy . The Avenue also abounds in fine places of entertainment, great restaurants, cafés and bars. It's a place where you can go for a leisurely walk along the sycamore lined avenue, view the magnificent architectural masterpieces, sit in a café on Liszt Ferenc tér and contemplate the busy street life around you or stroll around Kiraly utca and its trendy stores.
Nyugati Train Station and the bustling square in front of it is in the northern corner of District VI.
Other public transport services include trams No 4 and 6 (Oktogon and Nyugati tér stops). M3 metroline has a station at Nyugati tér too.
Continental Europe's first underground, the M1 or yellow metro line travels along Andrássy Avenue (Oktogon stop).

How to get there

We can provide a private car service from and back the airport at 5.500 huf , approx 20,00 euro,
max 4 people, payment directly to the driver. He's english speaking and available also for tours in and around Budapest.

We are near the subway stop Oktogon.

From the airport, terminal1, there is a frequent train connection to Nyugati Station.

I stayed at the beautiful Erzsebet Suite Royal Apartments for four nights and absolutely loved it! The apartment was immaculantly clean, very comfortable,and a very stylish blend of Hungarian and Italian design. A fully fitted gourmet kitchen with an espresso machine, a wonderful,deep tub in the second bathroom, and beautiful beds were little touches that made this apartment seem like a home for this traveler in Budapest. The leasing agent Mr David Pinter was very kind and even arrived early since I arrived early in order to help me with my bags and check me in. This was much appeciated. Thank you so much!

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment in Budapest. Both I and my wife thought that the design of the apartment was magnificent with some Scandinavian influence (BoConcept ). The whole family has had a wonderful time in Budapest with sightseeing, a lot of shopping, good food and wine. We also thank you for the warm hospitality we got from both your driver Peter and Giovanni. It was also were valuable for us that we could stay in the apartment a little bit longer on Saturday. We have just arrived back to Australia! We would like to thank you and Giovanni for the best experience we have ever had with an apartment in Budapest! It was beyond our expectations! From the lovely bath and hand products to all of the items in the kitchen it made such a difference from other apartments where there was not even a bar of soap!

It is difficult to explain adequately in a message such as this just how personal is the welcome which awaits you in this apartment. Massimiliano, when he is in Budapest, meets you so that you have a complete introduction to the apartment and to Budapest.
It is the case that he has achieved a rear triumph with the quality of the interior decoration of the apartment, and the detail with which each room is finished. If all of Budapest was like this apartment, then travel to any other place would become unnecessary.
