This 94 square metre, luxurious, sunny and spacious apartment has been completely renovated. It has been furnished to an excellent standard. Just a few seconds from the front door is the Danube and the famous pedestrianised shopping street, Vaci Utca. Right opposite, is one of the world’s most beautiful and largest indoor markets.
Less than three minutes walk away is Raday, a street lined with dozens of excellent restaurants, with worldwide cuisine. All around you there are spectacular buildings, museums, galleries, superb Turkish baths and stunning monuments. Budapest averages 2000 hours of sunshine each year, among the highest in Europe, providing many months of opportunities to visit Budapest in fine weather.

The Central Hungary/Danube region
As a city Budapest is steeped in history and has a wealth of places of interest and sightseeing for any traveler, including the beautiful Castle district , parliament buildings, Opera House and cathedrals to name but a few. It also boasts many natural hot water spas that are said to have healing and rejuvenating qualities in them, so a relaxing day at any of the indoor or outdoor spas is ideal for chilling out.
Budapest has a wide range of shops, bars restaurants and nightlife to suit all tastes!

The holiday apartment is right in the heart of downtown Budapest, just seconds from the Danube River, by the Budapest Danube Embankment World Heritage Site - the perfect city centre location after a day discovering Budapest! The apartment is just a few metres from Budapest's famous pedestrianised shopping street, Vaci Utca, and also right opposite the magnificent Central Market Hall.
The National Museum, Gellert Thermal Spa and many other attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. Parliament, many museums and galleries, and dozens of first class restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
Trams and buses stop outside, and there's an underground 'metro' just a couple of blocks away. The renovated apartment is on the first floor of a traditional Hungarian building. This is in a great location to visit Budapest's city centre attractions on foot and is also close to Budapest's underground and trams.
How to get there
On receipt of your travel details, we can arrange your transport from the airport. Our English-speaking driver charges 24 Euros for up to four people, payable directly to him. This service costs no more than airport taxis and saves plenty of time rather than hanging around waiting for the airport minibus. Also, our driver will have your keys to the apartment and will show you around it.
If you wish to make your own way to this apartment, directions will be given on request.

Further details indoors: The apartment has the original character, wooden floors and high ceilings typical of Budapest's classic buildings, but also has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a large living / dining room with a single sofa bed. As well as the two single beds in the second bedroom, there is also a spare single mattress.

Conditions
Although smokers are welcome, they are requested to only smoke on the balcony.
The apartment is on the first floor without a lift and it is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs users. However, the stairs are not steep and might be ok for people with mild mobility issues.
