The apartment has a ‘boutique’ style, simply but tastefully decorated. It has high ceilings with 2 split level galleries allowing distinct sleeping areas, separate from the main living areas. The apartment is spacious, light and airy on the second floor of a classical style apartment block overlooking an appealing courtyard.
The apartment comfortably sleeps three people (one double bed and one single bed) but can sleep up to six people. A third single bed can be arranged in the study, on request, and the sofa in the lounge pulls out into a double bed. 2 bathrooms both have showers and WCs, as well as a dining area, separate lounge and fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker. Crockery, bedding and towels supplied.

The Central Hungary/Danube region

Budapest area
The capital city of Hungary, Budapest, was created out of the unification of the separate historic towns of Buda, Pest and Óbuda in 1873. Whilst the area had been inhabited from early times, it was from this date that the city’s expansion into a world capital really began. Budapest is bisected by the River Danube, with the city as much a natural geographical centre as it is the country’s transport hub. Covering an area of two hundred square miles and divided into 23 administrative districts, it is home today to a population of 1.8 million people.
As the apartment is centrally located in District 6, you can easily visit all of the main tourist attractions. District 6 has its own nightlife, with the bars and cafes on Liszt Ferenc square only 5 minutes walk away.
The apartment is situated on Terez Korut, a bustling shopping street, 2 minutes walk from the main boulevard, Andrassy. The Oktogon metro station is on the corner of Terez Korut and Andrassy. There is another metro station (Nyugati Pu) at the other end of Terez Korut.
