Budapest is known as the "Paris of the East". It needs no real introduction except to say that it offers its hospitality to those who wish to stay there in all seasons with a full programme of events and productions, and all the various cuisines of the world.
You can visit the Buda Castle, travel on the funicular railway and the quaint trams that pass beside the Danube. You can sip tea and eat delicious cakes at the famous Gerbeaud Tea Rooms.
