This very attractive apartment it is in the heart of Budapest. It is just a few steps away from the famous Oktogon Square. The apartment is on the first floor of a historic listed building and is 77 m^2. You reach the apartment through a beautiful courtyard. The courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy perfect tranquility and fresh air. It has an authentic Hungarian atmosphere. The apartment is tastefully furnished with some typical Hungarian furniture. You'll find an attractive, genuine earthenware stove in the living room and in bedroom.
The apartment is in an ideal position for exploring this wonderful city. Many famous sights are within walking distance. These include the Opera House, Liberty Square 'Szabdsag ter' and the Budapest Parliament, the famous walking street the „Váci utca” the Vörösmarty Square, the Heroes Square, the City Park, the Széchenyi Baths, /with the underground train, the Margaret Island, the largest Shopping Center in Europe the River Danube, which flows across the city, and separates the Buda side from Pest side, and from where thousands of pleasure cruises sail away to their journeys.

* Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.
* All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
* Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
* Always lock all windows and doors.
* A damage deposit of £ 200 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.

Towels and linen are included, the property is cleaned daily and the towels and linen are changed as necessary.
Prices cover taxes, electricity and heating expenses, bedroom and bathroom towels and linen as well as the daily and final cleaning.

Message from the owners: More people are booking their own holidays these days due to the growth of the Internet and low cost flights. We ourselves first started organising our own holidays when we saved £ 1000 booking our own flights and accommodation after having a quote from Travel Agent. We were worried that when we arrived the accommodation would turn out to be bogus and this didn’t happen. Instead we had a great time and saved some money.
We therefore realise that booking an Apartment such as ours could be asking you to take a lot of trust, well, you can trust us. We have been successfully looking after clients holidays since 15 years, in that time we have developed a tried and proven system for taking bookings, confirming them in writing, dealing with payment and acknowledging receipt of money, sending useful information prior to your holiday including detailed directions so you won’t get lost (no-one has yet), making sure the Apartment is clean and tidy upon your arrival and refunding your deposit promptly upon your return home.
This is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area of Budapest/Hungary to visit, if you want to relax but still have things around you within walking distance to do, our Apartment has just that! We look forward to hearing from soon!

You can get a minibus from the airport (airport minibus) to apartment, it cost approximately £ 7,55 = 11 Euro /person one way or a Taxi just show the address to the driver, he will take you exactly to the apartment.
Furthermore there is a direct train from the Airport to Nyugati Railway station which is only walking distance from Kefecz Apartment.
From the West Railway station ( Nyugati Pályaudvar ) the apartment it is approximately 10 minutes walking distance.
From the East Railway station ( Keleti Pályaudvar ) you can take the Underground ( Metro 2 ) one stop to Blaha Lujza tér, and from there the tram 4 or 6 to Oktogon, from there is about 5 minutes walk to apartment.

We (my husband and I ) stayed in this beautiful apartment. It by far exceeded our expectations. It was to the highest standards,and was veryyyy clean. There was nothing missing, there was even a little store directly across the street. We walked to everything from this location, and if you didn't want to walk to tram was very close. I have stayed in many apartments across Europe and this one was the best one I have stayed in for its high standard. We were able to shop in the local markets, bring home our fresh produce and meats and make a wonderful meal. It was very warm in Budapest when we were there but the apartment always remained cool. There was some very good restaurants in the area which we walked to. We took in a music concert and a cruise down the Danube which was very well done and we left the brochure for future residence as it was well run. We would recommend this property to my closest friends as I know they would not be disappointed. This was a 20th anniversary holiday for us and was perfect.

Being a family of 5 (3 x Children 15, 10 & 5) my wife and I were keen to book something close to the city centre and local attractions.
In short, the Kelemen & Kefecz Luxury Apatments, were exactly as described on their web page. From the moment we arrived we felt extremely welcome, comfortable and relaxed. The apartment was spotless and close to a great selection of museum's, spa's, bars and restaurants.
With this in mind, we would certainly recommend the apartment to anybody looking to get straight into their holiday, with the minimum of fuss.

we used this appartment as our abse for site seeing and the formula 1 the apartment is very clean well kept and in a great location just off terez utca (street) which is the heart of town. Plenty of eating places bars and transport. Contact between myself and ferenc was very good and he is very helpful person.
