Apartment Portico is located on the first floor and is accessible thtough a set of stone stairs from the private terrace of the apartment on the ground floor.

The apartment is very large and can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The roomy living room opens up in front of the entrance and includes a satellite TV set and a fireplace by the comfortable sofa and armchairs. A white arch divides the living room from the dining area with table for 4 people. The kitchen area with
eakfast bar is besides the dining area and is fully equipped for a comfortable self catering vacation in Tuscany. The double bedroom with queen size bed and the double twin bedroom share one bathroom with shower.

The apartment includes services such as satellite TV set, private telephone, and independent heating.

The private terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy Tuscan y outdoors with "alfresco" dinners.
